First say “Thank You”

Sovereignty.  How does a person end hegemony and invite in true freedom on all levels?  Is freedom generated and provided from the outside, or does it start within?  Independence Day is a wonderful opportunity for us to reflect on these questions.  “Moksha” was the answer I came up with today (from the sanskrit word moksa) True, inner freedom, in a state wherein  we remove old conditioning and reside in pure potentiality.  We are all sovereign beings, full of love and light and when we embrace that fact and embody that, our outer world will begin to align with our inner paradigm.  To be sovereign, we need to reclaim the divinity within us, own it, know it, and shine our brightest light, regardless of the naysayers or ever so enticing entropy.  Compassion, and Open Heart, Peace, and True Connection to our Creativity or Spirit life - those are things that can help immensely in this process.  So, my favorite oils that support us on this journey with each of those principles are:

Compassion:  Cypress Emerald - a wonderful green colored essence that I place over my heart when I need a gentle reminder to come first from my heart in all my day’s doings and beings

Open Heart:  Hyssop - this essence is wonderful for self forgiveness and processing emotions.  Having an open heart means letting go of past stories, wounds, perceived wrongs or real wrongs experienced, and many of the things that keep us from moving on are our own chains and stories and thoughts we tell ourselves about the past

Peace:  Vetiver - this essential oil really grounds me and reminds me I AM Nature, I AM in Nature, I AM of Nature, and roots me deeply with her musky, earthy, fecund smell.  Anytime I am too much “in my head”, I reach for her and breathe a big sign of release and comfort that all is as it should be

True Connection to Creativity/Spirit:  I love to use Wild Tansy in my meditations.  She reminds me of my inner light and strength and divinity.  Supporting me in opening my third eye, or pineal gland, I am able to receive information from the collective, much like a radio picking up radio stations.  When I am attuned properly, to a channel with programming I align with, the information can flow freely and feed me from the inside.

First say “Thank You”, look within before anything else for problems and solutions, and “Clean up you’re own side of the street”…  Then, we become the generators of our own freedom!
