The Compass in our Bones

Sailors are some of the most intuitive people, as their job requires it.  Iolite is a crystal that sailors of old used to use to encourage their own inner wisdom through introspection, and they claimed it helped them navigate in difficult situations.  It would help them develop their sense of medium-SHIP.  A good sailor is equally adept in navigational skills by sun, by moon, by stars, by wind, by birds, by fish, by trash lines or currents or sonar.  They take into account all the intel available, often subtle, and compile it inside their bones, to know which way is the right way to sail.  We all have within us the ability to consult with our inner compass, the one that resides deep in our intuition.  When we acknowledge the masculine and feminine prowess of our most fundamental being, and affirm the rightness and knowing in our bones, we allow the pull of truth to animate and magnetize our skeletal architecture.  We then can dance no other dance than the one being played.

Clary sage, as a salvia – meaning spiritual remedy, is an oil I recommend for meditations when the way is unclear.  Clarie or clary has its etymology in the words clear or light or to proclaim.  Sage is a wonderous word for the wise.  Let the nebulous certainty take the helm and man your own ships, Captains!  Use Clary Sage to awaken your inner sanguine, for you know where to point your bow.  This remedial tonic is equally adept at working with male and female hormonal issues, is wonderful for prostate inflammation and disease and menopause rebalancing, specifically hot flashes, and aids as a urinary system panacea and an aphrodisiac.  The plant essence serves wonderfully for all aspects of reproduction including its ability to promote lactation and ease labor difficulties.
