Conscious and intentional expansion of borders….hmmmmm, maybe we are on to something here - seems this topic in politics will just not go away - and of course we look inside, for the true transformation.  Does the match light the wick or the does the wick reach to welcome the flame offered by the match?  Both, “me thinks”.  We’ve all seen it - the blessed moment of true resonance and agreement to manifest the product of the confluence or copulation, and witnessed how it conceives pure magic every time.  Friends, nature always has the template and the answers.  What greater miracle is there, than the conception of a child?!  That seminal moment of clear separation and integral awareness of boundary (ultimately an illusion but a necessary honoring) and the simultaneous welcoming of the membrane’s full and willing penetration gives us all reason to pause and consider:

• Reason to consider the import of reverence.
• Reason to consider the import of permission and thresholds.
• Reason to consider the power of YES spoken wholeheartedly with every fiber of our being and engaging in the resultant co-creation as we sign our consent.

My very wise and long ago departed father, always taught me a person’s character was defined foremost, by their word (agreement) and then their handshake.  In his own “salt of the earth” way, he understood the power of the vow, of mutual, intentional engagement.  That moment is the real gateway for all wonder to appear. We have spent so much time up until now, engaged in destruction to get what we desire to create.  We had the template wrong - mining, claiming, encroaching, commandeering, entitlement….all the while we forgot the simplest of Universal Laws.  When we pause, honor the other’s threshold, border or boundary, and ASK with a pure and open heart, life comes to meet and greet us the most masterful display of pure Grace.  1 Yes + 1 Yes = Affirmation ad infinitum - the stuff miracles are made of.
