Anytime we view and judge war outside ourselves we must look inside. Where, within, do we have fertile soil for that kind of violence. Might it be a diatribe of self reproach? Self-sabotaging habits? We hear tell of heart-mind resonance and the power of that convergence, as the quantum catapult for transformation and healing. I would extend and enliven that standpoint to include our third command center: our gut (the workhorse). I’ve come to know the brain is a magnificent tool, capable of all manner of acrobatics, through my study of neuroscience. I bow to the powers of the mind. Yet, the heart is 5,000 times more electro-magnetic than the brain…hmmmmm. I’ve also come to know the gut command center (our microbiome) has a couple corollaries. Science shows us the wisdom in the gut, via the teeming ecosystem of fungus, viruses, bacteria, and other comensalistic guests, plays an imperative role in the intelligence of our immune systems. The branches off of the gut, are the solar plexus that makes decisions for our drive for the masculine energy within us each, and the womb space (whether physical or energetic) that represents our intuition and creative impulse for the feminine energy within us.
When all three command centers work in accord, the sympathetic resonance makes us veritable super-heroes or Demi-gods. When our actions (gut) align with our intentions (thoughts) and our desires (heart), we are unstoppable. The harmonics of this conjoined collective cooperation, can be tended by the essential oil Bergamot. Peace and resonance reign when we can create harmony and lack of war within us (internal strife about options or choices). The deep stillness, cleanliness, and clarity Bergamot lends, creates the equivalent of a peaceful sit-in, in our very core. Why not clean up our own side of the street by understanding the power of “all systems go”, that precious moment when it all clicks into place. We use Bergamot for depression, appetite stimulation, mitigation of caffeine absorption, halitosis, and skin issues.
