“THE FULL MONTY”

Does anyone remember that movie?  I looked into the British expression and it means “all that is necessary, appropriate and possible”.  In the movie it meant a group of men being willing to be fully exposed, nude, and so much more.  In that spirit, I took the book binding and turned it out today, for all to see.  I placed it front and center with full disclosure.  That book we all remember from our childhood that our parents kept locked away, or the one we so desperately sought in the library, terrified someone would actually know and witness our desire to learn about….  The Joy of Sex.  I’m speaking metaphorically here, for I guarantee my parents did not and would not own a copy of this book, and all the more reason for me to place it on its rightful shelf in my home, to fully welcome it as a valid and beautiful part of human existence and our thriving.

What else do we agree to relegate to the shadows?  In becoming fully realized humans, taking the vow to love all aspects of ourselves and singing all registers of our voice and experience with the world, it has become obviously apparent we can heal the Black Moon Lilith aspects of us all, our shadow sides, by getting out our flashlights.  Cassia bark, the oil, gives us abundant opportunities to work with the spicy, the “edgy”, and all things we are reticent to include and love.  To be whole again is to return to our nature.  Nature is HOT!  Nature IS passion, and passion with a heart and in integrity, for everything that is created is created from love and a desire for communion and union.  We fear things that are hot and spicy, for they can burn if not used appropriately with consciousness-  So too sexuality.  I also know that spice is the spice of life!  Intrepid seekers, we now proceed with eyes wide open here:

Cassia bark, as a sister to Cinnamon Bark, brings to light any sexual issues and relationship problems.  I enjoy placing one drop in my water bottle to sip throughout the day, or placing a drop on the back of my hand and licking it off.  Her antibacterial, anti-fungal, and aphrodisiac qualities are legendary.
