TEND THE EXITS

We are human data processors;  We receive billions of bits of energy and information each second and our job, like the most adept computer, is to digest, utilize, catalyze, integrate, or release this energy.  Anything that cannot be digested, utilized, catalyzed, integrated, or released, then, ultimately becomes stuck or clogged.  All human dis-ease, be it spiritual, emotional, or physical has its roots in contraction which leads to inflammation and then ultimately pain.  Anytime in life we have things moving, and being stirred up in large quantities on an epic scale, we must pay great attention and devotion to tending the exits.  In Chinese medicine, to move the energy on the meridian lines and fail to pay attention to the occiput, the wrists and the ankles, will prove a major detriment to the healing process.  We have been so entrained to think about pushing waste out.

What if, instead, we all focused on creating the void, or pulling waste out, by removing all impediments to its flow? So whether you engage in the Chinese practice of Gua Sha, or spooning to move pooled energy, the yogic version of getting your digestion started in the morning by ankle and calf movements, from Aadil Palkhivala’s Morning Series, or the application and use of Tarragon Essential Oil, we can all give our exits some love.

Have you ever been to a large sports or music event at a giant stadium?  How easily the traffic flows in, in little bits in its own time.  It takes hopefully 20 minutes or so for all the bites of food to find their way into our stomachs.  Then inside, we all get stirred up and fired up - like the chyme in our digestive tract.  Ultimately, every bite (or human in the stadium) will experience the same collective energy of the event, and blend into one big bolus.  Then, when the event is over, we must all leave through the same exit.  So, we really need some traffic control!  How maddening is it that it takes longer to get out of the chaotic parking lot than the whole event lasted?!

There are many routes in, and only one route out, with everyone making a mad dash at the same time to leave.  Tarragon essential oil works wonders for all digestive issues.  It helps to make sense out of the processing phase, and contributes greatly to the release phase as a veritable panacea for the colon.  This essence will address any spiritual toxins, issues of food poisoning, and serves as a marvelous carminative.  She brings peace to chaos, and organization to any situation that has been stirred up too much.  She is calming and grounding, wonderful for support when working with gout, PMS, colitis, or diverticulitis.  In creating a void, she can pull true and correct appetite from people suffering with anorexia.
